How we verify your email and phone number, why we ask, and how it affects your account.

1. Why we verify

To keep your account secure and confirm you can use our services, we verify your email address and phone number, that you are at least 18, and that you are located where our services are permitted. Verification protects you against fraud and unauthorized access to your account.

2. What we verify

  • Email address — confirmed with a 6-digit code we send to your inbox.
  • Phone number — confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) we text to your phone.
  • You confirm that you are 18 or older when you register.

3. When verification is required

  • At registration we collect your name and email and send an email verification code.
  • Phone verification may be required before your first withdrawal and to protect sensitive account changes.
  • We may ask you to re-verify at any time — for example after a password reset, a new device, or unusual activity.

4. Verification status

Your email and phone each show as Verified or Not verified. You can verify, or re-send a code, at any time from your profile.

5. How verification affects your account

  • You can browse, register, deposit, and play with a verified email.
  • A verified phone number keeps your account recoverable and may be required before withdrawals.
  • Repeatedly failing verification, or providing details that aren't yours, may result in restrictions or account closure.

6. How we handle your details

Your email address and phone number are stored securely and used only for verification, account security, important notifications, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your contact details.

7. Accuracy and honesty

You must provide an email address and phone number that are genuinely yours, and keep them up to date. Using someone else’s details, or attempting to bypass verification, is prohibited and may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.
